Group Volunteer Registration

The Group Registration form is designed for a designated group leader who is registering a club, class, organization, or team for The Big Event at McNeese State University. Each group must have one primary leader who serves as the main point of contact and submits this form on behalf of the group. This helps ensure clear communication and allows us to organize and assign service projects more efficiently.

As a group leader, you will be asked to provide basic details about your group, including the group name and an estimated number of participants. This registration does not enroll individual members in the event. Instead, it creates a group record and identifies you as the coordinator responsible for relaying information and updates.

Group Registration does not replace Individual Registration. Every participant must complete their own Individual Registration form to be officially signed up. It is the group leader’s responsibility to communicate this requirement to all members. A group will only be considered complete once the Group Registration is submitted and all individual members have registered separately.
